LFA SPECIALIZED REPAIR
If your LFA has been involved in an accident, there is a possibility that its body structure may have been compromised. Select Lexus Certified Collision Centers are specialized in LFA collision repair and are notated on our locator map. Depending on the severity of damage, your vehicle will need repair at a Lexus LFA Certified Collision Center (Tier 1), a Lexus LFA Certified “Boutique” Collision Center (Tier 2), or an Advanced Composite Engineering (ACE) repair facility in Germany.
TIER 1: LEXUS LFA CERTIFIED COLLISION CENTERS
Select Lexus Certified Collision Centers are approved to provide certain types of collision repair for the LFA, including minor cosmetic repairs, panel replacement, and minor mechanical repairs. Lexus LFA Certified Collision Centers are located in several regions of the United States.
TIER 2: LEXUS LFA CERTIFIED “BOUTIQUE” COLLISION CENTERS
If your LFA requires major collision repair or major restoration, it will need to go to a Lexus LFA Certified “Boutique” Collision Center. There are three of these highly specialized centers located in the United States: Los Angeles, Houston, and New Jersey. Technicians at Lexus LFA Certified “Boutique” Collision Centers can perform all levels of collision repair and restoration except for CFRP monocoque repairs. This level of repair must be executed at an Advanced Composite Engineering (ACE) repair facility, a specialized Lexus partner that is located in Germany.
Once your vehicle has been inspected and evaluated, the Lexus LFA Certified “Boutique” Collision Center technician will discern whether or not it needs to be shipped to an ACE repair facility. ACE provides Lexus LFA CFRP monocoque structure inspections and repairs.
